The hotel had a lovely SPA with excellent amenities and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay. However, the outdated rooms and limited access options can be quite frustrating, especially for those with luggage. The food variety is decent but could be improved, and more attention should be given to customer service and cleanliness.
